5 Rules for Talking to AI

1. Be Specific

Do not say 'write an email.' Say who it is for, what it should do, and how long it should be.

2. Give It Context

Tell AI who you are and what your business does. The more it knows, the better it performs.

3. Ask for a Format

'Give me a numbered list' or 'Write this as bullet points' or 'Keep it under 100 words.'

4. Tell It the Tone

Warm? Professional? Funny? Confident? AI will match your tone if you name it.

5. Edit, Don't Copy

AI gives you a strong draft. You make it yours. Always review before you send or post.
